I understand why you make your argument, however I could say the same thing about police. Millions of police interact with black people everyday peacefully but every now and then a bad apple does something wrong. Right now the media and all the rioters make it seem like all cops are racist and out to hurt people when in reality nearly none of them are.
For this reason, these types of arguments aren't really valid. Let's put aside current events for a moment and look at some theories as to why society is breaking down right now.
I happen to think that what you are really witnessing on this board right now and society in general is a breakdown due to vastly different cultures and race. White men, black men, Hispanic men will never be able to live with one another in a perfect world. It's just the way it is. Most black guys are probably capable of having a white friend and visa versa, however the communities are just too different to exist. This is probably due to evolutionary biology. We evolved to live in an amongst the ones we look like. As you can see in America now, people self segregate anyways. Mexicans live and interact with Mexicans. Asians, blacks etc. all do the same. America is the first country to really try having a vast array of diversity and it just doesn't work.
I'll say this, it's nobodies fault because whites and blacks didn't have a choice to be here. We were all born here. I think at this point it's ok to just say that we don't all get along. That's fine and by just saying this and accepting it, we can actually start to work towards a solution that will work for everyone. One idea would be splitting the United states up into several different countries. Republican conservatives can have a country of their own which would be mostly white, while liberal democrats could have one as well that would include a large amount of diversity. Give people some choices and stop making us all pretend that we want to live with each other in a big giant country.

In today’s society if you’re lazy - you get a guaranteed wage or unemployment in perpetuity
If you’re lazy and fat - no one can criticize because that’s fat shaming
If you want to claim a gender or pretend you’re gender is fluid - no one can say anything
If you want to claim you’re repressed or marginalized - you get a job or demand reparations
If you’re a fuckup with $300,000 of liberal arts student debt - demand that taxpayers pay off your loan
If you’re a corrupt, lying, America-hating scumbag - go into politics
If you’re a talentless moron - take a government job, do nothing for 40 years, and retire with a pension you don’t deserve.
If you can’t live within the laws of society - demand zero bail and to be released
If you’ve come here illegally - demand free healthcare, citizenship, jobs, and the right to vote
If it ends up you are any of the above and not getting what you want - scream and protest, spineless politicians will bend over backwards to fuck over decent people to get you to vote for them.
Until the decent hard working people in the country stand up, fight back, and put these liberal morons back in the place where losers like that used to hide, this shit will continue until the country becomes a bigger version of one of the bankrupt EU countries.
