another example was dan riley one of the first HIT advocates he coached at west point during jone's west point trials. he then moved up to Penn state as a strength coach. from there he went on to be the strength coach for the Washington redskins. result the redskins were in the super bowl in 82, 83, and 87 winning 2 out of the three. joe gibbs left the program after that and riley fell by the wayside as a result.

Were they using HIT on all of those teams? Again I ask, if it worked so well why isn't everyone doing it?

who knows ? it's just food for thought, in my personal opinion i can't see HIT working it seems like an invitation to injury to me. but i could be wrong. now super high intensity training . that could be a whole other matter.
