I doubt it or the Dolphins and everyone else would still be using them.
              another example was dan riley one of the first HIT advocates he coached at west point during jone's west point trials. he then moved up to Penn state as a strength coach. from there he went on to be the strength coach for the Washington redskins. result the redskins were in the super bowl in 82, 83, and 87 winning 2 out of the three. joe gibbs left the program after that and riley fell by the wayside as a result.

Were they using HIT on all of those teams?  Again I ask, if it worked so well why isn't everyone doing it?

   who knows ? it's just food for thought, in my personal opinion i can't see HIT working it seems like an invitation to injury to me. but i could be wrong. now super high intensity training . that could be a whole other matter. ;)
