Interesting... Seattle Police leave the East Precinct station - no more police in that area. 'Cop-Free Zone' Hopefully, the businesses and residents in that area will be ok...

The Seattle Department of Neighborhoods, meanwhile, sent an ominous sounding message to area businesses and organizations that warns of a “credible threat” to burn the precinct building down, notifying them that the building and nearby apartment buildings were to be assessed for possible treatment with “a biodegradable foam fire suppressant” by the Seattle Fire Department as a preventative measure.

The first night in the so-called Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone that has formed in the wake of police giving up the week-long blockade of the East Precinct was rainy and peaceful and full of speeches from activists, agitators, poets, and socialist city council members.

Chief Carmen Best assumed the role of Chief of Police of the Seattle Police Department on August 13, 2018.

Chief Best has served with the Seattle Police Department for 28 years. Most recently, she served as Deputy Chief, overseeing the Patrol Operations, Investigations, and Special Operations Bureaus, as well as the Community Outreach section.

She is also co-chair of the Law Enforcement Immigration Task Force (LEITF), and a member of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) and the National Latino Police Officers Association (NLPOA). Additionally, Chief Best is a board member for United Way of King County, and is the Leadership Council Chair for the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) Seattle. She also serves on the Visit Seattle Advisory Board and is on the St. Jude Advisory Council for Seattle.

In 2015, Chief Best received the "Newsmaker of the Year" award from the Seattle Black Press. In 2019, she received the "Vision from the Mountaintop" award from Urban Impact for her commitment to justice and community. She was also awarded the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, which recognizes individuals for accomplishments in their field and dedicated contributions to society.

The sanctuary cities were already bankrupt. The blue state pensions were already bankrupt. They couldn't blame themselves. This is a bailout method.

If there is any sort of civil war it will be between urban and rural areas as actual citizens move away from the free shit armies, which are nothing more than the paramilitary arm of the left already in power in these large metros. They have made themselves known. Any idea that people would be more color blind after seeing this behavior is laughable.

Businesses will have to employ secured drop spots for product delivery if they own the property....robot fast food places with no lobby...many businesses are not coming back and will simply just go through Amazon.
