To be fair, I'm pretty sure those pics are post heath scare, etc.... where he just decided to do the show no matter what. He had a nice physique when he was younger, before powerlifting and age caught up with him -

.

I'll also give him credit, in that he's one of the few were you can definitely believe was doing what he said. Call it stupid, call it crazy, but the guy has gigantic balls for doing weird things.

He was one of the best posters here,.

Joe's 5'8, Ronnie shrunk from all his disc surgeries.

Ronnie stills looks a couple inches taller than Rogan there which is surprising since Ronnie’s listed height during competition was 5’11. Is that a wheelchair behind him  ???

Yeah, it got a bit lost in the interview, but Ronnie can only walk about the length of a room unadded. He has to use crutches or the wheelchair if he needs to go any farther. He was tired that day, so he was using the wheelchair.

Damn, Ronnie lost a couple inches for sure. Joe is about 5'4 without lifts.

Gotcha. I actually didn’t listen to the full interview yet. Only a few clips. Thanks!

I listened to the podcast and I must say, Ronnie does sound like a nice Southern gentleman. Clearly, he misses the daily grind of lifting heavy weights, obtaining the best-looking physique on the Olympia stage and, of course, banking the million-dollar prize. I appreciated his honesty on the podcast and the fact that he wasn't shy when talking about steroid use and just seemed like a nice person.

I hope he seriously decides to walk away from the daily attempts at lifting weights. I think there's no more he can do to further destroy the vertebra throughout his entire spine, short of just simply severing the cord. I believe he should take up other things like swimming or yoga that can promote better cardiovascular health and improve flexibility.

Honesty?  He claimed 20 inch arms before he started bodybuilding and not using steroids till he was over 30 years old.

joe is wearing lifts

If there were only Sly, Joe and a pair of lifts sitting in the middle of a ring and the winner gets to wear them forever and the loser is banned from using lifts for the rest of their life, who wins the fight?

I can believe the 20 inch arms. I've seen some big, southern black dudes that look massive and are pretty natural. The guy played high school and college football. It's conceivable to assume that someone carrying over 225 lb of mass can be a combination of both muscle and fat and thereby sport arms there were 20 inch or bigger. Also, if he entered the sport of bodybuilding in his thirties, it is possible that he really only started using steroids in his thirties. Although, I am not sure as to what age he was when he started professional bodybuilding.

my favorite part of this episode was when ronnie pulled a knife out and threatened jamie to perform sodomy on him and joe was forced to watch whilst crying and jacking it in a dark corner

i don't think any of that happened

that's just how it played out in my head

Ronnie is a dumb SOB and Rogan is a cuck for marrying a single mom. I mean you are famous, have money, kind of a badass and still can't land a decent childless broad to make your own babies with.

Do you really think Ronnie can do yoga or be able to swim? Imagine him on a mat trying to stretch and do those yoga positions. And there is no way he can swim in that condition unless you mean just getting in a pool and waddling around like those grannies do. He'd rather kill himself.

He can still do resistance training as long as he doesn't try to move weights to heavy for him or start throwing weights around. What damage would some lat pulldowns and some chest presses of a machine do to him? I would stay away from that 45-degree leg press that he likes to do but there are other leg press machines that would be appropriate. They used them in rehab and puts you in a better and safer position. There's a couple of people in my gym in a wheelchair that uses that Hoist leg press.

People keep telling him to stop going to the gym. If he did that he would just degrade physically at a rapid pace. Your muscles need to move and be worked to stay alive. And not to mention what it will do to him mentally.

You really think Joe married his wife because he couldn't land a "decent childless broad". Did it ever dawn on you that maybe he actually had a connection and fell in love with this "board" and adored her child?

I don't doubt that at all cause only a blue pill cuck would ever develop feelings toward a single mom and wife her up

Amazing that you can read another man's mind and soul. It would be even more amazing if you had the balls to say that to his face. I've trained with Rogan. He's the real deal. He'd fuck you up in more ways than you could imagine.

I don't doubt that BUT it's a well known fact he runs around on her with multiple pieces of tail.  His buddy Brandon Schaub accidentally called him out on his podcast about a year back.  Caught a lot of heat for it.  So it's not like he's going home with his tail tucked.  He's hitting up plenty of woman, LOL.

I think Ronnie came off pretty good in this interview.  He seems like a very likable guy.  Hate that he is in such bad shape.  Hope the stem cells work wonders for him.  Sucks getting old.
