I listened to the podcast and I must say, Ronnie does sound like a nice Southern gentleman. Clearly, he misses the daily grind of lifting heavy weights, obtaining the best-looking physique on the Olympia stage and, of course, banking the million-dollar prize. I appreciated his honesty on the podcast and the fact that he wasn't shy when talking about steroid use and just seemed like a nice person.
I hope he seriously decides to walk away from the daily attempts at lifting weights. I think there's no more he can do to further destroy the vertebra throughout his entire spine, short of just simply severing the cord. I believe he should take up other things like swimming or yoga that can promote better cardiovascular health and improve flexibility.
