That's why I preferred to work in the ghetto when I was an NYPD cop. Back in the 80s & 90s, those shit hole neighborhoods had a ton of bad guys & any cop worth their ball sweat can pick them out; the legit people were for the most part left alone unless they called us and we didn't fuck with them.
