Haha yes and there in lies the problem.People can’t follow rules but expect others to do it. Nothing works cause peopl won’t listen then get mad when shit goes back to the way it was.

                nope thomas ellis with marty vranicar.  moyzan was there a couple years back. he usually trains at the gold's gym in allentown.

What gym is that? Including warmups (!5 min) and post workout stretching
 (20 min) 90 minutes is fine for me. At 24hr you have to make an appointment and you only get an hour. Also the hours have been reduced. You still are charged the same.
