The facts about races, countries and IQ can't be erased by discussion. The IQ differences remain and affect living standards, success, etc.
I live in Australia and over the many years here I have listened to and read accounts of how the Aborigines are doing re health, education, employment,
standard of living, incarceration, etc., etc. Nothing has changed and nothing works with this population. Problems persist. Governments have given
land back to the traditional 'owners' but little has changed re living standards, etc.
So what to do about Aborigines? IQ average = 62. What about being one of them? What hope do they have?
Same goes for sub-Saharan blacks in Africa. Low IQs = 70 and less = problems that are hard to overcome. Only 2 percent of population have IQ over 100.
Then you have the blacks in America. Average IQ = 85. About half the population can't be trained to do anything productive.
Well, the armed forces can't recruit people with IQ under 83.
Intervention programs have generally failed to improve IQ. So what can anyone do to help them?
