The US army won't hire individuals with IQ under 83. Why? Because it is counter productive to train them.

That means they can't be trained to be good soldiers. So imagine a population with about 1/2 being in this category.

We have an even bigger problem in Australia because the Aborigines IQ averages 62. Huge problems for them persist.
