Two statues of Juan de Oñate are being removed after long-simmering tension between Native Americans and Hispanics over Spain’s conquest of New Mexico.

Most b e a n e r s are the offspring of native Indians.  i'm not sure why they insist they are Spaniards?  in that case Cajuns are Frenchmen.
