If I benched pressed a 64 pound kettlebell, then I’d be able to throw a 16 pound ball pretty damn far.

Well obviously my throw wasnt a competition throw. There were no spectators or pressure. Just me in my backyard in a tank top and gym shorts and a pair of slides.

I dont really have a technique, but ive watched enough womens softball to know I need  a good wind up when tossing underhand, so when I let it go it flew.

Plus Im drug free.

I just hit an unofficial 122 ft. For the record Im counting where the ball lands and not any of the roll. Because that would be like another 30 feet and it probably would have rolled further if it wasnt stopped by a large rock.
