If it was a picture Olympia I'd probably put Ronnie 3rd but the truth is that if they were on stage together, Ronnie's size would be too much to ignore.

Waist has been shrunken and/or his legs and arms have been marginally blown up. It's not a Golias type photoshop, but it's definitely been touched up. Cutler is more blocky/less x-framey than he looks there.
