Ive dieted a few times and since Im not a big guy/fat guy I go under 2000 calories when Im dieting, usually even more as I tend to overdue it... I read this about Dorian:
"The highest I ever went in the off-season was about 6000 calories. And I generally went below 4000 for a contest."
Imagine that, eating 4000 calories to get in shape! What a sacrifice !!!
