Would you get either A or B? I want to purchase some dumbbells for my home.

A:
Bowflex adjustable dumbbells go up to about 55 pounds

B:
Or more standard dumbbells up to 55 pounds.

For a home gym I'd go with A by far. Less room and probably cheaper although everything gym related is sky high. I think that Bos flex set use to go for about $300. What are they now?

I just checked out their site. For me, this is something that I will use for life so I don't want to skimp and I'd pay the extra few hundred and get the set that goes up to 90 lbs and get the rack option. It must be a bitch to ship.

The Bowflex looks really easy to use and takes a minimum of space. Seems like a good choice to me.

Go with option B if you have the space at home. This eliminates the need to change the weights each set plus those option A dumbbells are clunky to deal with.
