I think genetics has more to do with success in bodybuilding than anything else, but i still dont think Ohearn is natural, do i think he's a genetic freak who looks like he does on very low doses of test and GH, yes i do, guys with good genetics guys can look like that with 2iu per day and 100-200mg test per week. He might have used a bit more years ago to gain his size years ago, but he's been at it a long time is very consistent, so he might not have had too either. Don't underestimate what a guy with genetics can do with low consistent doses.
There is no doubt he could have been a top bodybuilder if he pushed the envelope and i don't even like the guy, but he was well established mid 90s in Venice when I was there and he looks pretty much the same now, well at least the last time i past through.Guys a douche, but has a great healthy looking physique, with none of the obvious aging side effects of guys who have smashed themselves.

O'Hearn fluctuates from looking good to looking amazing. He never seems out of shape. I saw one picture of him looking bloated. I think he works out hard and heavy with incredible genetics. If he is using and he probably is I bet he takes no where near what the pros take. That's why he has such longevity. All these pro's from the 70's and 80's that competed for decades always looked like crap in the off season when they went off to give their bodies a break. Zane looked about 175lbs. Arnold would go way down in weight. Coe would look like an athlete but no where near what he looked like in pictures or the stage. I could go on. One guy that seemed to look good year round was Robby. Padilla was another.
