Yeah, this new O'hearn stuff is push for the new Generation Iron 4 film that's coming out that focus's on fake naturals, and O'hearn is a big part of (trailers collected here - https://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=666946 ) . Valentino is the only one that might call out Mike hard.

But he's getting older so the rejuvenation won't do shit. He's just maintaining as best he can now. He already has the rubbery, retracted forearms which comes to most older bodybuilders.

Alot of bodybuilders gets the shortened(torn?) brachioradialis. Can be seen on Jay Cutler and Branch Warren for example. But I don't really see that in Mike yet. So what do you mean by that "rubbery, retracted forearms" comment?

Yes it's quite a phenomenon. So many bodybuilders gets that. Not sure why that muscle is especially susceptible. Guess it's especially prone to overuse because it's used in all back movements and then hit again when they do "arm day". Training a muscle when it's sore goes against my reasoning.
