Family Strife in Rory's family.

About 95% percent of Rory's family are gun totin', hardcore Christians, who absolutely love Trump. They even have pictures of Trump hung up in their house and American Flag outside their homes. The majority of Rory's family members own at least 25+ gun, conceal and carry, and think the MSM is all fake news. The other 5% are democrats/liberals who voted for Obama.

Every few days, someone in Rory's family starts a group chat about COVID19. The republicans in her family think its been way overblown and politicized to have Trump removed from the office. The democrats in her family believe that COVID19 is the worst disease to have ever graced mankind.

She has a very big family and I am often included in the group text. I enjoy sitting back and watching the shit storm and occasionally throw in one or two troll texts.

Yes, especially when it comes to younger people who mostly survive. It’s likely not over blown when discussing the elderly, but then again, they are vulnerable to all sorts of diseases, not just COVID19.

I think it has been greatly politicized. But Rory is still hesitant to go out, so I respect his wishes. We just find things to do at home. Play scrabble or Uno, watch Netflix, play Jenga and eat cheese and drink and wine. Stuff like that.

A lot of the anger from the democrats in her family come from the republicans in her family not wearing masks around their close to 90 year old grandmother. I can understand their anger.
