U should try this, bulking, less workouts but still active

One set to failure all u need at night and 1 exercise and 2 exercises on occasion
There is no point to train in mornin, it fatigues you slightly all day and you tend towards lazyness at your job or whereever
The goal is massive nutrition and strength gains in the 10 to 50 or even 70 rep range

I dont risk injury doing an all out max set of step ups fo 50 reps with 45 pound dumbells i get a great workout in just one set

Last night did 45 pound dumbel side laterals where i go out to side then to the front thats one rep. I got a record of 14 reps one set

The eating is where you grow , the training just wakes up the neural connection. Yes exercise burns calories but not much different than working in a warehouse eating alot standing n moving

You cant get stronger if your calories arent much proportionally higher than your workout sets

Ohearn is right about rice, very high carbs less bloat

U still get bloated on high calories and one set but you get stronger at the high rep range wich is really near impossible for nattys

You can eliminate the morning workout fatigue problem by quitting your job.
