How do you guys think he would look without the juice?
That's a good question. I'm more impressed with his skin elasticity than anything. Which seems to be genetic - oh...and both are impressive, but specifically in terms of Bruce Randall's skin elasticity...that's almost...weird. Could just be a youth thing. I didn't know he was so young when he did that.
Ethan Suplee is 44 now, but has been losing weight for almost a decade now. You can find a TMZ video of him being asked about his weight loss from 2011 on YouTube. He said he lost most of the weight just from bicycling. Now it would seem that he has added some juice in the picture. Hopefully his ticker is in decent shape. FYI, he weighed himself on a scale that maxed out at either 530- or 535-lb, and he actually maxed it out. He may have been slightly over that weight.

And he looks like an NFL linebacker now.
Oh...one last, almost sad point:
Ethan found himself able to get far less work in Hollywood once he lost weight. How crazy is that? I guess because looking normal is not quite as rare as being morbidly obese. Again, that's just sad - and it's what killed John Candy and Chris Farley [obviously in addition to Farley's drug use...I'm not sure about Candy, with regard to drugs].
Maybe that's why Suplee decided to juice. It will allow him to stand out in Hollywood, being a tall muscular man, rather than a tall thin man [6'1" or 6'2"].
He did say that if he can't find work, he will just do his podcast. I listened to his first three, and they were quite good. Ethan speaks well, and is extremely astute! Knows his stuff, nutrition-wise, and has obviously applied it. He's married with daughters now, and seems to be doing well. Good for him.
