Most likely legit.

Can't say the combination of toxic looking muscle with a ridiculous shoulder to waist ratio looks that great though. Although in fitted clothes he'd look crazy.

Really brother, you're that impressed?

I did something interesting with my fingers. I went ahead and with opposing index fingers just covered both his delts + arms and then viewed his physique that way. He looks well below average to me. This guy strikes me as the kind of guy that with juice has that one special body part that pops.

That's the look that 99% of guys who work out are going for.  Even with the arms and delts covered, he's got the only other things most guys who work out to look muscular want- abs and serratus. IMO, that's an enviable physique.
