In NYS if you are former law enforcement (Police, Corrections, you name it) you end up in what's called Ad Seg (administrative segregation) or APPU.  These inmates are segregated from the rest of the population 100% of the time.  This is where celebrities and other very well known cases go, where they would pose a security risk being in the general population. 

Chauvin will NEVER be around other inmates in his bid.  His life would be in extreme danger if they CO's even let this happen for one minute.  With that said, I assume he will commit suicide within the first 2 years or possibly even less.

Chauvin started his career as a police officer in 2001 at age 25, after working as a security guard and a McDonald's cook. He also served as a military police officer from 1996 to 2000.

Chauvin was also praised at various points in his career. Two women commended him in 2008 and 2013 after he handled domestic-violence calls, and he was awarded a Medal of Commendation in 2008 after he disarmed a man during one of his nightclub security shifts.

The judge is allowed the prosecution to offer two past incidents as evidence against Derek Chauvin, and denied requests to use six other incidents.

In my closest big, urban city of Atlanta , the "avoidance" policing began last summer.
Murder rates and violent gun crime was waaaaay up. I personally know a couple local cops at my gym.
They'd quit being a cop if they had work in downtown ATL. IN private they admit most cops know what happens
if you try to enforce the worst crime in urban areas: 1. You get shot , killed or hurt.  2 you enforce the law and get sued.

I think the biggest contributor is the high percentage of fatherless children. Generation after generation of black children are born into fatherless homes. This affects women and men in different ways.

Yeah, I was almost positive that would be his outcome.  We have a few inmates who have been in AD SEG for decades.  One of them is one of the highest ranking bloods in the country, another that I know about is Bucky Phillips.  David Sweat got 6 years SHU for his escape, which is coming up in 2 months, but I'm sure he'll end of getting it as well.

I mean, I work in a medium facility where 99% of the inmates are going home within 7 years, and Chauvin wouldn't make it a day even in there.  Their hatred for that fucker is beyond comprehension.  Someone would stab him up, right in front of a CO, no doubt about it.

I'm sure he'll be on suicide watch for a while, but you can't keep him on that forever.  My guess is he will trick a mental health doctor/counselor into thinking he's fine, and they'll take him off the watch, and he'll end it.

The statistics were adjusted for other variables . Having poor , single woman with the ability to terminate an unwanted pregnancy appears to be a key factor. HOWEVER, when dealing with social issues, it's far from the ONLY variable.

I'm a moderate democrat, living in Ga . I actually talked with my state rep about the new voter laws passed in this state.
Ga still has much less restrictive voting laws then blue states like NY. For example, you can still give out bottles of water or snacks, BUT it can't be within 150 ft of the polls. FYI, this was always the law posted at every polling place. I think NY has a 500 ft ban on interaction.

Ga has one of the longest early voting period and the only change in absentee was you have to use a legit ID. You don't need a copy either, as my wife and I just typed in our Ga drivers license number .

Genetics has an obvious impact on countless human traits.

However, in my OPINION, it's near impossible to determine exactly how much genetics affects human behavior.

That's why I think we need to judge everyone as individuals .
