Pure bullshit. Only diet will make a difference. Walking as well as running , burns on the order of 100 calories a mile. So 5 miles is about a piece of pizza and a coke. And walking is boring, like your posts, lol

BW x 10 = daily caloric intake, take that number and break it down into macros that fit YOUR body type. 30-60min steady state cardio and of course train to maintain lean tissue. Muscle = efficient metabolism
Interesting. Roman Fritz recommends not to drink anything 30 minutes pre and post every meal (and also during the meal) as it would dilute your gastric acid and could lead to digestive problems resp a less effecitve digestion (especially for a BB eating large amounts)

I’m using voice to text right now while sitting at a stoplight but Dennis James the other day posted on Instagram saying that he was 235 and you look phenomenal by the way and he was trying to get down to 220 but said he was stuck and couldn’t get down I think he said he was doing two hours of cardio a day and cutting his carbs that doesn’t make a big difference if you’re not in a calorie deficit he is not in a calorie deficit regardless he was taking in too many calories that’s the bottom line and that’s why he can’t get down to 220

A calorie is a calorie. Drop your calories to 1,500 a day and you will shed the same amount of fat regardless if it's a high carb, high fat, or high protein diet.
