Strictly with full ROM? If yes, that is pretty damn strong. I never got past 200 for 10 reps... but I always very strict form. My lower back has more bad days now than good days.
No not very strict but it wasn’t bad.I didn’t move my body up and down but it was what you would consider loose.I could do 315-365 pretty strict where you would say that is good form.
Now I only do bent over dB rows with 2 dumbbells and I go very strict with 70-90 lb bells.
Same here with the lower back.
