There’s absolutely no comparison between the 91 J nationals & this years.
I’m at a loss why the physiques have gone backwards in terms of quality & overall look,
My guess would be a combination of far to many PED’s combined & Training isn’t what it should be
& lack of hardcore dieting.
The lightweight winning the overall says it all & that’s not putting him down as he deserved it.
Bodybuilding was at its best from very late 80’s thru to early 20’s The overall look and quality
Has since gone backwards.
When I look thru the Steroid board & frequently argue with these Experts who post Milligram Precise dosages of Various Drug Concoctions & the amounts to take 🙄 Yet they never post pics
And looking at the 2020 JN makes me wonder if they think they have better physiques.
Coach, JoSwift, Hazbin, & pellius who doesn’t class himself as a bodybuilder per say all post pics & have
Better quality / Condition, Shape, & overall physique (Apols to a couple I’ve forgot to mention).
Mind I’ve seen the decline over here at the Britain & universe over the last decade or longer.
