so the answer would be moderate exercise
and the odd glass of wine  :)
good sex, sexercise

Yes, moderation in all things, including moderation.  Excess in any area seems a negative for health.  Top competitors in just about any field have negative mental and/or physical health issues.

"The athlete's heart is associated with physiological remodeling as a consequence of repetitive cardiac loading.  Athlete's heart is common in athletes who routinely exercise more than an hour a day, and occurs primarily in endurance athletes, though it can occasionally arise in heavy weight trainers. The condition is generally considered benign, but may occasionally hide a serious medical condition, or may even be mistaken for one."

Truth.

As a Getbig educated health expert, I believe genetics plays a dominant role in just about anything health related.

People want to control their fate healthwise so this is an uncomfortable thing to accept, i.e. that you really have little control.

High levels of stress trigger genetic factors that wouldn't manifest without it.

Very true, i've been studying a lot about health the past 2 years.  The two biggest aspects of health for the "average" person are genetic response to stress and diet.  Exercise has a small role to play for the "average" human.  We aren't designed to run marathons or lift heavy weights 6 days a week.  The healthiest people who live the longest are found in "blue zones" across the world; they have a good natural diet, little stress and are typically very active, but in just general movement, not exercise.

The craziest thing i've learned is that people who live a long time typically don't try to, it just happens.

I've been able to become much healthier by eating less meat, walking or hiking instead of fast cardio and very little weight training.  The thing that changed my life the most was moving to small quiet City where everything is slow and calm.  I lived in the big City for 38 years and since i left i have become so much more comfortable, i have zero stress and every day feels like vacation.

Oddly enough, i know i man who's 94 years old.  Fought in the War, smoked for 40 years, eats red meat and fried food all the time.  It's a crap shoot i think.

When i took anatomy near the end of the semester the professor let us do a q &a and my question was if he could assign weight to various risk factors the contribute to death which one ranked the highest and it was stress. He said genetics can be plus or minus two smoking minus 1 bad or good diet plus or.minus 1 but stress was a minus 1 2 or 3. So excessively high stress can actually overcome good genetics in terms of shortening your life.

Also when i was in my early 20s i had a girlfriend who was 19 and she would routinely miss her period for a month or two when stressed out at work. That wasnt fun. But goes to show the profound impact on.ones health stress can have.

Haha no mate it’s always been revolting, looked like a bloke even before it started its sex change treatment And always had that annoying I run the joint bull dyke attitude, one night in one of the local pubs before it was done out and had a layout that was circular so you could walk round the whole place without doubling back it spent the entire night walking circles with that pathetic strut where they move each shoulder up then down Alternatively with a pissed off look on its fat face looking around glaring at people, it looked ridiculous this little fat 5’6” slob with its fat arse and gut twice as wide as it’s shoulder walking about like it was a prime mile Tyson, had to resist the urge to smash the fat little cunt straight in the face

Yup!.. We are not made to run Marathons
Sprint short distances or walk looking for food
a Zulu warrior could speed march vast distances & fight

No, genetic diseases are triggered by stress.  No stress, no manifestation of disease.

How you react to stress is trainable.  Example: meditation
