Phil Heath I know you will read this- sometimes its worth the effort to do things you may not need to in order to accomplish things of what could be called intrinsically valuable. Example- what if you put out videos training like a champion instead of training like a genetic freak? People dont ways need to know the truth. Or maybe you really should go balls out. Why not? What are you risking at this point?

The question is one of heart, its a matter of desire. Because if you dont have desire, you will never be considered the greatest of all time no matter how many sandows you win.

How you are remembered is in your hands. I caution you on posting instagram videos doing cable crossovers, to say the least. I do hope you win more than just one more sandow. I like even numbers personally.
