Trump was called for such a time as this.  We need a President that won't cower to name calling from the leftist political activists (aka the mainstream media).  He's doing a great job in my opinion.

Part of the problem is that our nation overall has gotten a lot dumber than we were in 1964 because of leftist indoctrination in our schools and massive third world immigration.

Also, he was an optimist and a unifier (and not at all opposed to immigration, by the way). Trump is only about Trump and he is basely mean spirited (the polar opposite of Reagan). But very likely only a few more months.

At the time, if Reagan was in favour of immigration, that might be because the impending demographic shit-storm was not as obvious as it is today.  Today, there is no excuse to import non-Whites in mass numbers to the White world.
