That is the main qualification right?

I haven't heard if Rusty has made a formal request or complaint about this. I do know that a Union rep cannot pursue a claim without being requested to do so, why should the athletes rep be any different. What would Bob base his actions on if the athlete himself has felt it not necessary to make an official complaint?

The industry has enough anonymous "pros" and "insiders" that I don't take their claims seriously until they reveal their identities. You are just another random internet geek as far as I know
