That's fabricated financial statistics.  Canada doesn't have securities regulatory authority at the federal level? Isn't X-Factor Canadian and a CIO or CTO?  Please confirm rCanada's federal structure.  That's the only way he can get away with this. I'm pointing to section 25 in the video.
