Yeah though he's also done a ton of dope. He really looks like he's on some type of depressant drug in the first video. The eyes look irritated, and he has a bit of a flat affect. Maybe he was in withdrawal in Serbia and bought some roofies at the pharmacy, like my friends did back in the day in serbia

Max Charles has good build,genetics are genetics but all the stuff he is on all his upper body responds well it seems,his forearms are like a non trained persons even do some forearm work for some extra stimulation,in long sleeve t looks like nothing there.im not saying lee will he get Casey victor lol but still.

Haha - that's a very specific reference - I'm going to use that in future when I think someone is on drugs

However, one of the first things Palumbo says in that clip is that he is operating on 3 hours sleep.  So again, maybe it's just your average mid '50s tiredness rather than narcotics...  (that said, Palumbo's pupils were certainly pinned to f**k, so maybe you're right.  Your explanation is certainly more fun!)

I remember loving Dave Fisher's column in MMI as a kid. He once described his preworkout ritual before legs. It was a pot of coffee and 8-12 ephedrines. His training partner took 10-12. Dude is still jacked.
