I remember loving Dave Fisher's column in MMI as a kid. He once described his preworkout ritual before legs. It was a pot of coffee and 8-12 ephedrines. His training partner took 10-12. Dude is still jacked.

It could be bad. And that's too much for most. I used to take 150mg before workouts, so about 6 25mg tabs. It has been used as an asthma treatment and dosages could be even as high as 150mg a day. It used to be easily available here in Europe in 50mg tabs but they cracked down on OTC sales.

Clenbuterol is a more specific related substance thought to be terrible for your heart. Interestingly it has been trialed as a heart strengthening drug in heart failure in enormous dosages (like 700mcg, and the tabs come in 20mcg strengths for asthma). Trials in heart failure say it doesn't worsen heart function. That's not to say it can't be bad but it also may not be as bad as some think. I remember when clen was first used by bodybuilders and article in Flex mag by a doctor predicted that tons of bodybuilders would be dropping dead in a short time period, it was the absolute worst drug ever introduced to the scene. This prediction didn't materialize.

I was maybe kind of addicted to it, as I took it every day for 10 years straight. It was great for putting me in a good mood. But maybe I wasn't that addicted since I just dropped it when availability dropped, and had no real cravings for it  But when I did use it I had to have it in the morning and pre-workout. I mean why would I train without when ephedrine would make me intense and in a mood to tear shit up?

However, ephedrine without caffeine is a pretty mild stimulant. It jacked me up but if I hadn't had enough sleep I could take a nap an hour after dropping 100mg, no problem. I actually felt I slept better on it

That's Milos's wife, he had three of them over the years. A few years ago, when he got exiled to Europe, he hooked up with the girl above. She's a model (an actual model with light runway, print, and tv work) that was into fitness, etc...., so she dates Milos, and they get married. Next thing you know they've got a supplement line, clothing, fitness lifestyle stuff, etc....

My guess is the video was a way to promote the brands, feel like a model again, and maybe she had some singing aspirations. She's probably around 40, so.....
