If he's a convicted felon he can never own a handgun legally.  Possessing a firearm as a convicted felon is a guaranteed prison sentence in NYS.  Has this pussy been charged yet?  Hard to believe that he hasn't, considering he is legitimately on video with the gun in his hand!

I came up with this theory this morning:

These Antifa freaks who are bent on destroying the US.  Something occurred to me.  The "women" seem very much like lesbians.  The "men" seem very much like Incels.  What does that tell you?  Well it tells me that these people are not going to be reproducing.  Their values, their concern for the future is not in line with mainstream America (or any other civilization for that matter), where your thoughts and energy are all about basically maintaining a safe and productive environment for your offspring and future generations.

Maybe that's the problem in a nutshell.  I don't know what the solution is, but if these freaks could "straighten up" and have children, maybe they'd change their outlook.  I don't know.
