It already happened in Canada, and we are beyond the point of having no money:

It’s a bad idea, you can give them all the money in the world and they’ll still create problems wherever they are. I don’t know why he’s even pandering to them. It’s a real slap in the face to good honest working people who don’t get handouts to have to pay for people who riot and destroy.

It'll be some kind of tax credit or low interest loan.  It won' t be cash.  This is to pacify the mob.  Something from which very few will benefit.

Than ANY President? GODDAMN! What a hero! That Lincoln fella, he’s just a loser, ain’t he?

But in all seriousness, what has Trump himself actually done? Be specific.

Lyndon Johnson passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  Not too shabby.

Great. In that case you should have no problem citing some specifics to highlight his accomplishments? Remember, please be specific.

A good thing, yes.  But I guess he more than dug a hole with "The Great Society", aka "welfare". Money pit.

Easy there cowboy, lets not forget that during Reagan's terms Eddie Murphy rose to stardom on television’s Saturday Night Live and achieved box office success with movies like 48 Hours and Beverly Hills Cop. Not to mention that in 1982 Michael Jackson released Thriller, the best-selling album of all time. Oprah Winfrey began her phenomenally successful nationally syndicated talk show in 1985 and Bill Cosby put out the Cosby Show.

All of these things possible during the tenure of Ronald Reagan. If not for Reagan, who knows where the likes of Oprah, Eddie Murphy, Michael Jackson or Cosby would be today.
