Many people say "Dorian trained just like everyone else." I don't think that is quite true, there is a difference between hard training and then trying to really go "HIT." If some longtime trainee with tons of experience was coached by Dorian for a workout, trying to do as Dorian said, they will always say there is pretty large difference. This difference is why they say, "yes it works, but it's too stressful" "I can see doing this periodically." If it was all the same, why all the qualifiers, just lift, who cares.
From what I saw and read I didn't think his training style was misrepresented by himself, it didn't seem like a trick to hide the true volume or whatever
