  I dont get it. These guys retire or whatever and then they dont even try to maintain any muscle. It doesnt make sense UNLESS the doc said it will kill them due to other health reasons. I mean most of us actually like to train. I know they cant stay at 250 plus pounds but they could stay around 200 with muscle.  maybe they are just burned out mentally and physically to workout but yet they still do videos or expos or whatever.  hell stallone looks awesome and hes in his 70s.

and what does your post have to do with how these guys look nowdays when they retire? nothing!  my point is why do they just not care anymore how they look?  could you imagine a "super model" who retires then goes in public all fat no makeup greasy hair unshaven legs etc.  i dont think so.  kinda like arnold. hes movies were great back when he still looked like arnold and the roles were believable. when he no longer had a build his movies tanked. he wasnt "arnold" any more.  stallonne even though hes old maintaines a good body and his movies are still somewhat believable

Plus probably has had worrying labs every now and then and figures it's better to slim down, try to get the heart to reduce in size etc.

As for Dennis Wolf, I used to fear for his health but I no longer fear for it as much.  I do think his hair is sort of going the hair of Jeff McFarland PT's hair...you just sort of get the sense...that it is a good hairline, but it has ultimately be impacted by his gear usage.

I think he would very likely have a full head of hair had it not been for gear.  I'm glad he is maintaining the size that he is.  He's still lean and muscular, without straining his various organs to sustain a look that is ultimately unsustainable.  I wish more pros cut down in size.  Dennis Wolf is only 40, if I recall correctly.  He may be turning 41 within a couple of weeks, but either way - it's a good time to look healthy, and as you said - get his heart to reduce in size, etc.

Do they do these videos because they want to, or is it a need for income and staying relevant? Seems like some of the videos just fill up time, or maybe even have more personal and health type information than most people would normally give out. Exactly!  Karen doesn't even recognize the fact that one of the biggest things I'm concerned about is the fact that different racial groups rape women at different rates, and that pushing racial diversi ::)ty on Sweden has resulted in the rate of violent rape going up, and in 2019, it was reported that 2 in 3 women were afraid to go out after dark.  Karen doesn't even consider the fact that I'm actually concerned about women's sexual safety and general welfare, as rape is the the violent crime I am concerned with the most, aside from murder.

Someone once said to me that people who go around calling everyone racist on a whim judge the people they perceive as racist in the same way they are accusing the people they call racist of judging other races.  She assumes she immediately knows everything, and that everything is one dimensional and simple to figure out.  Likely because she lives in an area that is 98% White and hasn't ever witnessed firsthand the disparity in rates of violence that people who live in racially diverse areas have experienced.

Although I really don't think that is an excuse in the age of the internet - after all, she can just go online and get the statistics for herself - but even if she did, she would just indulge in more cognitive dissonance about how Blacks and Hispanics in the USA and MENA people in Sweden [Scandinavia] rape because they are impoverished and oppressed.  Oppressed by who, according to Karen?  Why - White people, of course. 

Her worldview is that we must NEVER judge anyone based on race - oh, except for White people, who are evil, and the scourge of the earth.

The reality is, as long as HUGE disparities in violent crime rates and welfare consumption rates exist between different races, people WILL notice, and people WILL comment on it [and Karen will keep calling them racist].  I'm happy her name is Karen, because it's just so convenient that she is such a Karen.
