Some people are saying the sequence goes something like -
1) That argument with the protesters happens.
2) Matt Dolloff, the security guy, wades in trying to somewhat forcibly take the lowered pepper spray.
3) He gets slapped, goes digging in his waistband, Keltner has his spray out.
4) They draw on each other, and the spray and the shooting happen almost simultaneously from a long range video I saw.

Dolloff is held for investigation of 1st degree murder as of a few hours ago.
Keltner did have a pistol in a shoulder rig, but didn't flash it, etc.....
