I think it’s just foolish for any man over 40 to NOT be in on at least Test - but I think it’s pretty dooshy to glorify “being on the gear”.
I know healthy men in their late 70’s even one who is 81 who look incredible with training and some test. And it 100% does make you feel better - hell it may even just make you a better person 😄.... But glorifying it on the Tweet thing or whatever that was - seems stupid.

The amount of test that would be conducive to health without causing adverse effects is way below the levels commonly prescribed as "TRT" in the USA. <50mg week would be ideal. Pretty much all TRT patients are drug addicts.

After you start TRT you have to be on it the rest of your life.  Which would really suck if/when the pharmacy ran out.  I'm 54 and still training natty... I look better than this douchebag.

How  did you come up with this theory? I'm over 40, not on anything, weigh 190 lean at 5'9 and still compete in bike races. All you need to do is regularly exercise your entire life, eat well, sleep well and stay away from drugs, alcohol and smoking, and you'll do as best as you possibly can.
