You seem like a wonderful human being.

I think the same as him.  I think people need to work for a living.  Remember, the early colonists tried "socialism" and it failed horribly.  Everyone wanted everyone else to do the work and so they...starved. When they opened it to a free market capitalistic society the colony flourished.

I will grant you this:  Those that have burned, looted and harmed others in the name of social justus deserve to be punished HARSHLY.    Because your actions, how you behave and treat others in a civilized world determine what you deserve.  This is entirely different than what you have earned.  You can earn a living.  You can earn respect.

A free ride is not a right.  Remember this.  These lazy, disgusting people want to make the Bill of Rights into the Will of Leftists.  Fuck That Noise, my brother.

Epic early turnout in Texas.

"Nearly 8.6 million Texans ... have already cast their ballot.  That number represents roughly 95% of the entire vote in Texas in 2016."

Michael Moore starting to do a soft roll out of the "I told you so" in front of this Biden loss. The show hosts are in total pain here as he explains what is going on.

About Trump..."He's an evil genius, and he's smarter than us...I know we don't like to hear that".

Of course he puts on a brave face and still hopes for something else - the TDS is strong in this one....but he knows Biden is a terrible candidate.

Certainly, there are lots of pieces of shit who don't help themselves.  But, I think about when unemployment was in the mid 3's and low 4's and yet we still had 25 million people or more uninsured.  That leads me to the conclusion that there are millions of people working in this country without insurance.  Or with shitty insurance.  That, to me is not right.

I agree with you on this,  however can you honestly say Obama care offered good and affordable insurance to EVERYONE? I can speak from my experience with it and I did not the same benefits as a single woman with kids that I knew. The insurance option wasn't "cheap" for me.

It would also be worth finding out the amount of Americans that paid the penalty while opting out of Obamacare.

At this point Im hard pressed to find a government run program that is efficient and ran well.

At this point the first option may be to eliminate pharmaceutical ads and see what health care costs are after that takes hold.

My brother and his wife owned their own (they recently retired) businesses for years and could not afford health insurance (their son was in college) nor could they afford to hire anyone and give them health insurance.  So, under the Obama plan they were FINED thousand and thousands of dollars. Why?  Because that was a big part of the plan.  The plannedemic ruined their once thriving business.  My youngest sister worked for over 40 years for a company that was, again, destroyed by the plannedemic.  It closed.  She has found another job but there went 40 years of hard work with good people.

I talk to people that work at a nearby gas station/convenience store and they are part of a large co-op and they have good insurance and not because of Mr. Obama.  A great many of the so-called "homeless" are lunatics who should be in an institution.  They are a danger to themselves but more to others. When I visited my brother and his wife we went to a local Dairy Queen and while eating our food a man came walking across the street, screaming . cursing and flailing his pipe cleaner arms about at everyone around him.

He came walking toward us still screaming and cursing so I stood up to prepare for his apparent attack.  I would probably get knocked down if I couldn't get a grip on this twig but I also know that my brother and his wife have CC permits (they later told me they weren't carrying at that time, LOL!).  The loon stopped in his tracks and then went in another direction toward some poor soul in an F150 and proceeded to pound on the window and door of the truck with the poor man inside!  My sister-in-law said, "Well, he's obviously crazy but he's not stupid".  He did not come any further toward us because even I am larger and more muscular than a residentially challenged lunatic. I could've used Pellius then as I know he thinks the same as I do on these creatures. FTN.

So yes my friend. It sucks that everyone doesn't have everything (I had no health insurance for 8 or so years but I was young and did not yet have a job that could have provided it.  But that does NOT mean that everyone that does work should have to pay for my problems, especially by being FINED by Mr. Obama's plan ($$$$$ a year) because if you can't afford our insurance or any insurance you can pay for others insurance.  My family suffered that TAX levied by Mr. Obama and for what?  So Obama could feeeeeeeeeeeeeel good?

I only know that stealing from those that work to give to those that don't is WRONG.  My brother and his wife paid for nothing other than Mr. Obama's ego. They got nothing but FINED.   I am not upset with you but with the reality of what the "Great Society" has wrought.

People need to get off their butts, quit pumping out children (illegitimate or otherwise) they cannot afford to care for and become productive members of a civilized world.  If they don't want to then give them a one way ticket to arab or african lands and let them see what hell on earth is really like.  People need to be held responsible for themselves and their actions.  If they are mentally ill, put them away and treat them. I put my youngest brother in a mental hospital because he was loony from meth and had threatened our mother.

I dont think you should hate Obama. I said Obama care wasnt affordable for everybody and obviously my experience and yours prove that. I also didnt like that it was "mandatory" but at least he provided an option to working people.

*that said I could afford Obamacare but it wasnt cheap and it wasnt better than my other options.

Im glad it was beneficial for you,  is it still today?

Perhaps people like my brother and his wife made up the difference for you and many others by paying literally thousands and thousands of dollars a year in penalties because they did not have obamacare or any health insurance.  They thought it better for their son to go to college.  The health care they have now is ridiculously expensive With outrageously high Copays but their son has a degree now and they are retired, although in the case of my sister-in-law it is rather premature because the plannedemic put them out of business at least a decade too soon For her.   she quite young compared to me .

Yes my friend things are different for different people that's the way it goes in the real world. But as I've said before I don't think I owe anyone anything. They should not be allowed To tax the crap out of someone to pay for someone else's healthcare Or babies or laziness and I'm not saying that is you because you know exactly what I'm talking about my friend. ;D

The part of the ACA that has gotten some people in financial trouble is their plan's high deductible.

For one thing, if you have a high deductible, it discourages you from getting care, and unless you have an adequate emergency fund, it can get you financial trouble.

Recall the study that said the average American has only $400 in the bank. The deductibles on some ACA plans, the cheaper ones, are multiple thousands of $$.

The ACA also did not address the big problem with American healthcare: Cost.

The ACA was a band-aid which gave insurance to a number of uninsured Americans by requiring other Americans to pay for them.

There's lots of reasons to be uninsured. Some of the younger guys I work with elect not to purchase insurance. It's not mandatory to buy health insurance.

This is an explanation that many people didn't understand - Coverage does not equal care if you can't afford premiums and co-pays.

This is an area Trump has not delivered on - he got rid of the mandate, has helped with insulin cost apparently, but hasn't overhauled this system.
