From reading some articles detailing Gajda's system it looks like he was doing about 130 total sets in his P.H.A. workouts.

He also did these workouts 6 days a week.

After discovering his articles in the old Peary and Mabel Iron Man mags, I wrote to him quite a bit......the guy gave me lots of good training info and fresh ideas, plus he sent me a lot of VHS tapes some with my man Jeff King.

I believe the tapes were copies that he made from Wayne Gallasch`s tapes that he sells (GMV).

He lived in Alaska which is almost like where I live too.......so there`s that.  :(

It`s been more frigid than my wife up here lately!!  :D
