I had a chance to go to Germany as a young child but decided not to. I've been told I look more Teutonic than a great many native Germans do. One side of my family has said some pretty funny yet cruel stuff to me about my looks.

As children we did not learn German because our family came to America to be Americans not German-Americans. I tried later in life but we all know I'm not that smart, LOL!
