Eddie VH is one of the greatest ever - but David Lee Roth was garbage. Fckn guy can’t sing. Imagine him trying to cover Dio - lol. Even the VH brothers admitted that they thought DLR was tone deaf.

It’s subjective - anyone who thinks there are “definitive” answers was probably one of the Dungeons and Dragons geeks in school.

KISS had kick ass concerts - were the greatest band ever - no not IMO. But if someone else thinks so that’s no sweat off my balls.

I actually like (early) Kiss better than VH. Love Eddie and Alex's playing, but many of their songs on each album didnt do much for me.
The handful that did = amazing, but Roth kinda sucks.

I like heavier shit, example for Kiss - Black Diamond, 100,00 years, God of Thunder, Dr. Love, Hotter than Hell, Deuce, etc.

I am glad I finally did see VH on their last tour though. (Saw Kiss 5-6 times, always great). (Saw original band on Psycho Circus, great album).
They should hang it up now though, Paul's kinda shot.
