Covid is no joke when you get infected or have love one in a hospital.

They are rising here in NM too.  This state has been mostly locked down since April.  All the small businesses are already closed for good or barely hanging on.  All the big stores seem to be alright.

Everybody here wears a mask, i hardly ever see anyone breaking the social distancing rules.  Even the Governor's office has had people infected with Covid.

It's time to realize the masks aren't the solution, it's time to admit defeat and beef up all our healthcare services instead of trying to shut down the entire country.

The Gov here is a Nazi, she has even straight up told us to "act right", like we are her fucking kids.

The government forced shut downs are not working.  The curve has been flattened.  Time to move forward.

The USA has no officially had over 150,000 positive new cases in one day ( thurs Nov 12).
This is aprox. 4x or 400% increase over the spring caseload that caused many hospitals to be stressed to the max.

The good news is a viable vaccine is on the horizon , but that's 3-6 mos away for most of us.
The best course of action is to wear a mask at indoor public places and avoid large gatherings.

I know we want to see our loved ones during Turkey Day and Christmas, but it's not safe.
Sit this year out, so you and your loved ones can enjoy many more in the future.

The last few years there 2.8 million deaths per in the U.S. Covid is at 250k. It’ll probably come in at 280k for the year or 10% which were shifted from other causes and labeled Covid.
