Inflames the joints?
Can definately contribute to it ...some people even went as far as eliminating all plant foods from their diet for a while. Just meat + organs and the joint pain went away.All plants contain chemicals that are foreign to our body and can inhibit mineral absorption, disrupt digestion, cause inflammation and prooxadative stress etc. Plants have their own chemical arsenal to fight off predators. Interesting stuff once you dwell into it. That’s why i stopped eating vegetables like broccoli, brussel sprouts, nuts and seeds( no homo ).
