You don't have to buy into anything when the proof from the videos is blatantly obvious. You claimed to be in LE at one point so I'll ask this again. Do you know the difference between imminent and immediate threats? You've avoided this question

Um -  again - you can't introduce things not provided for prior to the trial.  There is no sneak attack in reality in trials.   There is what is called pre-trial discovery.
