Yes to all except getting shot.  I've also been been stabbed and was shanked by an inmate.  Has nothing to do with his case.  I believe he had intent because he boasted about killing shoplifters and rioters on Twitter along with a lot of other threatening and racist content...and that's what he did.  You're defending a white supremacist

It would have been perfectly with in your rights LE or not. We're you not trained? If you were trained for such an event (as LE is) did you keep up your training, but in all fairness, most LE DON'T keep up their training so when they get in into the position to use lethal force, they panic. So, did you pull your firearm to protect yourself? If what you said is true, I'm sure you have some psychological damage because of it.

No I am not. I know nothing about guns. It was referred to as an assault rifle in an article I read. What I do know for sure is that this AR-15 killed two people when Kyle shot them with it. If someone shot me with an AR-15 and either injured me or killed me, I'd feel like I'd been assaulted.

The prosecution is trying to make Rittenhouse out to be some sort of vigilante and using the AR as a scapegoat for the shooting. Throughout almost the entire testimony the prosecution kept bringing up the AR. “Why did you want and AR 15 and not a pistol?” Watch in the coming days how the left will be on the AR bandwagon again and how it’s a “military weapon”

Yes, not a deep one and its a slight nark on my lower back.  I was shanked by an inmate while doing a cell check in a block that had gotten a little too gullt  Got me pretty good.  I just walked out , locked down the pod and got patched up by the nurse quick because i wanted to get back to help clean house and get a little payback and then went home to UC for antibiotics to avoid infection.  The scar from thst is gone , it was a quick slice

On a side note, were you out of the closet when you were a C.O?  I only ask because I've worked with dozens of openly gay female officers, but not a single male one.  I work with two guys that people assume are gay right now, but both of them are married with kids as a coverup.

No, i was shot at when i was a kid...everything else was work related.  Of course there is a psychological effect at your life in danger and i know where youre trying to go to.  The problem here is that Kyle made a lot of poor decisions that got him to where he is.  No good guy here and i have little sympathy for the people shot...especially the child molestor and bhlank type wife beater.  The other 2 were clearly rioters and not fucking medics.   But i think the kills were unlawful and preventable
