I debunked out yesterday to the point where It cannot even be debated. Soul crusher posted a video that you should see of what the judges conclusion was. Dude I think you wanna argue just to argue you think you want to be right but usually 90% of the time not only on this but on everything you’re wrong and you always get called out on it. You could post that law 1 million times and it still will be wrong not the law being wrong but you being wrong
Help me out here. Your comment make no sense. If the law isn't wrong, how can my posting it be wrong? Wouldn't it make more sense to argue that the law is wrong or unclear...meaning that it is open to interpretation.
What is so weird about this discussion is that even if the law is right on, Kyle's breaking it is only a misdemeanor. This will not make or break the prosecution's case. It is hardly at the crux of Kyle's being convicted of the more serious charges or not. It is a detail which is almost irrelevant.
What will win or lose this case is whether the jury believes Kyle acted in self-defense. If they think he did, then legally he should be home free.
Honestly Coach, you are hardly one to talk about arguing a point just for the sake of argument. You do it constantly. The difference between us is with the exception of one time, you never admit when you are wrong or mistaken. On the other hand, I readily admit to that my opinions are sometimes wrong.
If I didn't already make it clear, I am not hoping Kyle gets fried for what happened. He's a kid. Kids sometimes do dumb shit. His breakdown during testimony felt genuine to me...if he was faking it, he deserves an Oscar for his outstanding performance. I actually welled up watching it and am now just thinking about it. However, I also hope he realizes he has some responsibility in what transpired. He is not an innocent victim.
