No truer words have been said regarding this case. Those against Rittenhouse or anything similar have literally ZERO clue if what a threat is or isn’t. AR 15 is also on trial here as well

I only said that he was making a strong argument.  Defense always has the advantage as they get the last word.   But they are using the actuve shooter argument and flipping it back on him

"Crowd" in this cases means a violent BLM MOB  ... so no, that's not gonna fly.

The prosecution argues that because he was armed he lost his right to defend himself, which of course defies logic and 2A.

Good close by the defense as well.  Prosecutor is going to rebuttial but things are looking in Rittenhouse favor...will be quite close.  The jury has to be unanimous and i would hate to have their job

I believed he was until i heard the prosecution being inept and basically proving self defense...then the judge admonishing him....its a train wreck. 

Its a toss up at this point.  I know i run a sportsbook but hard to predict the odds
