If it gets to the supreme court my thoughts are this;

my 1st thought is How sad is it that republicans are willing to sit back and allow a fair and honest election be decided by the Supreme court rather than the people. It sounds very undemocratic and unpatriotic. That any American  would not only want this to happen but hopes it happens puts them at the same level as Putin

While the Supreme court is now weighted on the Conservative side, Unless conservative now means corrupt, I would hope they would weigh the "evidences" just like all the other courts have and come to the right decision not the politically convenient one. John Roberts doesn't seem to be a rabid right winger and he has input into the cases they accept

no not at all, dems don't actually think there's any corruption, I believe we won fair and square. I know we're calling for his concession, but no one's saying don't have a recount nor investigate for fraud. i'm fine for 20 recounts if trump gets to lose over and over again

I am not so sure that it's a mistake to point out the source of a statement or message as a way to disprove the context. If a known liar is the source of something would you not question what they are claiming? For example knowing what we know now about Sidney Powell would you be inclined to believe what she says as factual?

Maybe I'm missing something in your post. If I am, forgive me. But, Coach often posts comments without attributing it. At least it seems so to me. I often check this before responding to his posts. Most often where his information comes from is completely unreliable and predictable.

"The only way the Supreme Court could step in here is to review what a lower state or federal court already decided, just as it did with the Florida Supreme Court in Bush v. Gore in 2000," Steve Vladeck, professor at the University of Texas School of Law, wrote.

It also ignores the fact that the Supreme Court can choose which cases it should judge over, and just because it currently has a 6-3 Republican-appointed majority, Trump should not expect any favors, experts say.

In 2000, with the controversy in Flordia and "hanging chads," it took over a month from the end of voting until it reached the Supreme Court and until December 12 for Al Gore to agree to concede to George W. Bush. This time, it is unlikely to be much quicker if any cases really are to continue right through to the Supreme Court. Instead it is about laws that vary state-by-state. This means most cases are likely to be decided in state courts rather than reach the highest court in the land.

Same here. If recounts are deemed necessary by the courts then do them. Trump lost big time. These recounts would have to result in a significant amount states and number of votes in those states that were miscounted.

Everyday that this nonsense continues, Trump just looks worse and worse. I imagine some of his base are actually getting fed up with his actions by now. But, you never know.
