What are you talking about? Reallocating funds means defunding....it’s not that complicated
You are a coach I am a retired Commander. So I will try and explain.
If a department has overburdened its officers with for example Social Services and Mental Health issues (which I know for sure they have) and they want to incorporate true trained social services professionals and $15 an hour to help address chronic calls at a location versus the police mental health unit at $50 an hour, and free up the officer to answer 911 calls thats not a bad thing and as an executive of a department I would be open to hearing. Sadly 2 things have come up
1.The Democrat's are idiots for labeling it Defunding the police which no one in their right mind wants.
2. there are enough Bubba Trump minions that jumped on the "defunding the police" moniker that they didn't bother to learn it was about no 1.
