I got no problem with that third order so long as both sides have an expert present.

The whole thing is kind of pointless though since the data from the ballot counting scanners is stored on memory cards so it can be transferred to computers that put out the results. The system isn’t connected to a network so they have to use memory cards to transfer data. They have all those memory cards and they match the paper ballots and the inputted data on the ballot marking machines.

But these lawsuits are asking for elections to be overturned point blank with these vague statements as the ONLY evidence. That is why these cases are being thrown out, and that is why whoever makes these statements is just being ignored and not punished.

As least Bush v. Gore had the difference in the county by county recount methods as some kind of legal basis.
