The part where it says to remove a President you need both sides of congress the senate and the house. That didn't happen.

The constitution actually isn't too clear on the issue of impeachment. It appears to say conflicting things. What it means (IMO) is the the house charges the President and the Senate convicts or acquits the President.

The United States Constitution provides that the House of Representatives "shall have the sole Power of Impeachment" ( Article I, section 2 ) and that "the Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments…[but] no person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two-thirds of the Members present" ( Article I, section 3 ).

On November 11, The Detroit News reported that a public Zoom meeting of Wayne County election canvassers had been interrupted by a person who threatened rape and violence against the board members’ mothers.

Like I said, Impeachment and Removal are two different things and unlike the misinformation that coach is peddling (again), it doesn't require a bipartisan action.

It’s important to note that while impeachment is a method to remove someone from office, it does not directly mean removal.

Think of the impeachment process as a political court. If lawmakers decide to move forward with impeachment, the House plays the role of prosecutor, and the Senate acts as the collective jury. Articles of Impeachment are the charges, and removal from office is the potential punishment.

The impeached official remains in office until a trial is held. That trial, and removal from office if convicted, is separate from the act of impeachment itself.

People don’t seem to realize how absentee ballots work.

The state sends them out. Each ballot that gets sent out actually has a barcode or something similar that is linked to who it was sent out to. Every ballot, whether it gets used or not, is actually a unique document because of that barcode. This also applies to the envelopes the ballot goes out with. They are a matched set.

People fill them out and send them back to the state via usps. Usps brings them to the County Clerks office, or their secure warehouse. Somewhere along this path to that warehouse they are scanned and it is recorded which barcodes, and therefore, which people have returned their ballots. Nobody knows how they voted yet since it is still inside the envelopes. This process also gives the count of how many ballots have been received. This is how the news can say in the days before the election how many mail in ballots have been received so far.

On election night once the counting starts at the counting place the ballots are slowly transported over to that place AS NEEDED after the same day ballots are counted.

Any ballots that get placed in any room of the counting center at any time have to have come from the county clerk secure warehouse.

Why can’t outside ballots just be brought in? Because they wouldn’t have the same barcodes that have already been scanned when they arrived at the county clerk days or weeks ago. And they would throw off the numbers. The number of ballots that arrive to the county clerk have to match the number that are counted over at the counting place.

Also, the absentee ballots that come over from the county clerk still have to be signature verified. The signature is on the envelopes not the ballot (no ballots ever have signatures on them directly)

The person doing that scans the barcode on the envelope to bring up that person’s computer records and their signature.

They already know who sent it a ballot to the clerk because of that barcode. An outside ballot wouldn’t have a barcode that matched one that went to the county clerk as required.

Does that mean the documents they have are not real ballots? No it doesn’t.

The envelopes, the ballots both still have to match the barcodes from what was received by the county clerks days before, otherwise the machines will reject them!

They did two recounts in Georgia. Any ballots that were not sent back to the county clerk but suddenly appeared at the counting center would have been discovered because of the barcodes.

To cheat you have to create identities (real people have to go get actual drivers licenses in person and sign a real signature) and they have to have real addresses that ballots can be sent to once they register to vote and request an absentee ballot. It’s incredibly hard.

In fact, they actually verify your signature before they even send out the absentee ballot as well as after you send it back in.

If your signature on your application for an absentee ballot doesn’t match state computer records you can’t even get a ballot sent out.
