Does that mean the documents they have are not real ballots? No it doesn’t.

The envelopes, the ballots both still have to match the barcodes from what was received by the county clerks days before, otherwise the machines will reject them!

They did two recounts in Georgia. Any ballots that were not sent back to the county clerk but suddenly appeared at the counting center would have been discovered because of the barcodes.

To cheat you have to create identities (real people have to go get actual drivers licenses in person and sign a real signature) and they have to have real addresses that ballots can be sent to once they register to vote and request an absentee ballot. It’s incredibly hard.
